Headwind Partners Co-Founder Jennifer Gauck led a Brain Boost Lunch & Learn, hosted by the Cowork Frederick Foundation. Jen shared how a theory of change can be a powerful roadmap — connecting actions to results, clarifying assumptions, and helping individuals and organizations chart their path to success.
The session blended a 30-minute talk with an engaging, facilitated discussion, creating space for participants to learn not just from the speaker but also from one another. True to the Brain Boost spirit, it was part workshop, part mastermind group, designed to spark inclusive conversation and share knowledge across Frederick’s small business community. This brief slide deck highlights the key elements of how a theory of change is useful when navigating a change process to achieve a social purpose.
